i chose my owl at first but then it turned into a dog then a masquito which is not on my totem pole i hope thats okay. my masquito has a brown nose because masquitos are brown there is a red smudge on the tip which is blood (it was an acsedent). There were complications at first it was an owl the red smudge is not supposed to be there. and i ran out of ideas for the designes so i just started making random marks (i probly shouldnt have) so know my totem pole looks bad but it still looks like a masquito. i solved my problems by turning it into a masquito, making the smudge look like blood, and trying to make the random lines look better i liked this assignment because i had never used paper mache befor and it was a fun expierence. although my totem pole turned out ok. i chose a misquito because thats what it looked like, and because i like masquitoes they are cool animals.
